Cylie Jimenez

Cylie Jimenez has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Cylie started their career in 2013 as an HR Generalist at Mother's Helper Home Healthcare. In 2015, they joined Cree and worked as a Recruiting Coordinator for a year before transitioning to a Benefits Analyst role. From 2018 to 2021, Cylie served as an HR Business Partner, building strong relationships with employees and managers and supporting employee development. Cylie then joined Cree LED in 2021 as a Culture and Engagement Manager, leading change management efforts for a company-wide IT migration project.
