Subsequently, they transitioned to roles at Jiangsu Wanfeng Pv Co., LTD and NEUS Mobile S.A.P.I. de C.V., leading sales and business development efforts in Latin America. Cecilia's career then shifted towards roles at WeWork, where they held various positions such as Sales Lead, Regional Sales Trainer, Sales Manager, and Senior Manager for LATAM. Prior to their current role as Head of Sales Development at Crehana, they also worked at Zendesk as a Business Development Manager for LATAM. Throughout their career, Cecilia focused on team development, sales optimization, and strategic planning to drive business growth in the region.

Cecilia Arbelaez Perez completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Universidad del Norte from 2004 to 2008. Cecilia then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing at the University of Leicester from 2011 to 2012.
