Mahesh Lingaraju

Mahesh Lingaraju is a Senior Scientist at CRELUX, a WuXi AppTec Company, since December 2020, specializing in structure-based drug discovery by establishing Gene-to-protein workflows and enabling structural biology of E3-ligases and GPCR-G-protein complexes using cryo-EM. Responsibilities include client-facing duties, supervisory tasks for a team of eight, and delivering comprehensive reports. Prior experience includes research positions at the Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry focused on structural biology of RNA-decay complexes, and roles at Penn State University and the Illinois Institute of Technology concentrating on structural biology and protein purification. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Structural Biology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, an MS in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BPharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
