Gilbert Cannon MSM

Gilbert Cannon MSM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gilbert started their career in 1999 in the US Army as an Aviation Operations Specialist, where they provided training on survival equipment and supervised a group. In 2005, they transitioned to the Army Fleet Support as an Aircrew Life Support Systems Technician, responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and building flight helmets and survival equipment.

After leaving the military, Gilbert worked as a Professional Truck Driver for Johnson and Son and Dr Pepper Snapple Group, respectively, from 2008 to 2009. In 2013, they joined Randstad Technologies US as a Service Desk Analyst, providing technical support and resolving incidents for clients.

Gilbert's information technology journey began in 2015 when they joined Cognizant as an Application Systems Program Analyst. Gilbert then moved to Six Flags in 2016, first as a Point of Sale Analyst, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, and later as an Information Security Administrator.

From 2020 to 2022, Gilbert worked at Pollo Campero as an Information Technology Operations Manager, overseeing IT operations. Currently, they are employed at Crescent Bank as an Information Technology Security Analyst, a role which they started in 2023.

Throughout their career, Gilbert has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.

Gilbert Cannon MSM has a diverse education history. In 2011, they attended Kaplan College where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science. From 2013 to 2015, they enrolled at ITT Technical Institute-Arlington and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology. Subsequently, in 2017, Gilbert pursued further studies at Colorado Technical University and completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance in 2018.
