Pam Dotson Starling

Pam Dotson Starling has a strong background in risk management, internal audit, and safety compliance. Pam served as the Director of Risk Management at Crescent Communities starting in January 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Internal Audit & Safety Compliance at Crescent Communities from August 2006 to December 2019. Pam also gained valuable experience as a Senior Internal Auditor at Duke Energy Corporation from May 1996 to August 2006.
