Romy O'Daniel

Romy O'Daniel has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Starting as an Infantry Officer in the US Army in 1995, Romy then worked as a Senior Account Manager in Rhythms NetConnections, MCI, and Ciena Communications. In 2003, Romy joined The Home Depot's Store Leadership Program. After that, Romy worked at FRITO LAY for several years, holding positions such as Director of Sales and Senior Director of Sales. In 2015, Romy transitioned to Grainger as the Vice President of Sales, where they focused on rebuilding and turning around an underperforming sales team. From 2017 to 2023, Romy served as the Vice President of Sales at HD Supply, leading the integration of two market share leaders after their acquisition by Home Depot. Currently, Romy holds the position of Senior Vice President GM Construction Sales at Crescent Electric Supply Company since 2023.

Romy O'Daniel's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which was obtained from 1991 to 1995. Later, from 2006 to 2008, Romy pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Entrepreneurship, from the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, in 2006 and 2007, Romy obtained a Certificate of Entrepreneurial Studies from the Richard H and Pamela S. Bard Center for Entrepreneurship.
