Andrew Dorough Cha

Andrew Dorough, CHA has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Andrew started their career as a General Manager at Tharaldson Lodging from 1997 to 2000. Andrew then served as the Director of Operations and Director of Rooms at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from 2000 to 2006. Andrew then joined Millennium Hotels & Resorts in New Zealand as the Director of Operations, where they played a key role in capital improvements, revenue management, and guest experiences.

In 2008, Andrew became the Area General Manager at Duane Street Hotel in New York City, overseeing two boutique hotels and multiple food and beverage outlets. Andrew earned recognition on the 2008 Conde Nast Gold List of Top New Hotels In The World.

Andrew went on to work as a Portfolio General Manager at Premier Communities Management Company, where they had operational accountability for 12 high-end residential communities. Andrew joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) in 2011 as a General Manager, leading a Holiday Inn property through bankruptcy and achieving high revenues and guest satisfaction.

From 2011 to 2016, Andrew served as a General Manager at Great Wolf Lodge, and from 2016 to 2017, they were the General Manager at Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. Most recently, Andrew has been with Crescent Hotels & Resorts, holding the positions of Complex General Manager and currently Vice President Operations.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong leadership, financial management, and operational expertise in the hospitality industry.
