Elizabeth Alade Chia is an award-winning Revenue Strategy Leader with extensive experience in revenue management across multiple hotel brands, including IHG, Hilton, and Marriott. Currently serving as the Area Director Of Revenue Management at Crescent Hotels & Resorts since March 2015, Elizabeth has garnered significant accolades, such as Top Hotel In The Region and Hotel Of The Year in 2017, as well as recognition for Highest RevPar Index Change with a 14.7% increase year-over-year. Previous roles include Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution at Hotel Pennsylvania and Corporate Director Of Revenue Management at M&R Hotel Group. Elizabeth holds an Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Toledo.
