Matthew Jeff has a diverse education history. Matthew started their education journey by completing their GCSEs at Ripley St Thomas C of E High School in Lancaster from 1987 to 1991. Matthew obtained 9 GCSEs, including Mathematics, Physics, French, and English. After that, they attended Blackpool and the Fylde College in Blackpool from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an ONC degree in Instrumentation/Electrical. Matthew further pursued their education at Jewel and Esk Valley College in Edinburgh from 1993 to 1994, where they obtained an HNC degree in Instrumentation/Process Control. In 1991, they also attained an NVQ Level 3 degree in Instrumentation/Process Control from Blackpool and the Fylde College, where they had started their education in 1991 and completed in 1996. Continuing their educational path, Matthew became a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2006. In 2011, they joined the Institute of Measurement and Control as a member. Finally, in 2013, they achieved an Incorporated Engineer (IEng) degree from the Engineering Council.
