Alex Le Quesne

Alex leads the Real Estate Fund Services team and is responsible for its overall service delivery to a wide variety of client structures including a c.£1.5bn specialist real estate fund.

Alex was previously a director of a corporate trustee which acts for both regulated and unregulated property unit trusts, holding over £10bn assets in total. He has over 13 years' experience in the finance industry, including time in both the Real Estate and Corporate Finance sectors, having been employed by a major international bank.

He has particular expertise in the negotiation and management of transactions and his experience covers a broad range of real estate asset classes.

Alex is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
