Will Turner

Will joined Crestbridge as a Director in the Real Estate team in early 2020. He brings with him over 13 years’ experience of the Real Estate industry, having worked previously for another high profile, global service provider.

Will has excellent company secretarial skills and has a wide range of experience in the administration of real estate and real estate fund structures. His experience includes Real Estate strategy and development across Hong Kong and Singapore where he has previously lived and worked.

At Crestbridge, Will is responsible for a team that services a variety of complex structures, all of which are centred around property investment. In addition, he is responsible for the administration of a number of real estate portfolios for a range of clients from institutional investors to high net worth individuals.

Will has considerable board directorship experience, all focussed around Real Estate investments and portfolio management for a variety of sectors including industrial, retail, office, leisure and residential. He is an ICSA qualified professional, holding the Level 5 ICSA Diploma.
