Sara Lyons

Sara Lyons is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Complex Director of Sales at Crestline Hotels & Resorts since October 2019, Sara is responsible for overseeing and generating budgeted revenues exceeding $14 million annually, including a $2 million allocation for group business. This role involves training, coaching, and managing various aspects of sales operations, including revenue management and forecasting. Previously, as the Director of Sales Marketing for Pacific Pearl Hotels, LLC from May 2013 to October 2019, Sara successfully restructured the sales department, managed contracts and revenues, and acted as the direct liaison between departments during the absence of the General Manager. Sara holds an IHG Crowne Plaza Director of Sales Certification.
