Patrich Skendziel

Patrich Skendziel has an extensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Patrich began their career as an instructor and flight commander in the USAF Weapns School, where they instructed and led a diverse organization in executing a $11M annual support budget. Patrich then moved on to become the Chief of the Theater Air Control Systems Branch at HQ, Pacific Air Forces Command, where they developed policy and managed operations and maintenance budgets for Air Force battle management squadrons in the Pacific region.

Skendziel later served as the Squadron Commander and Operations Officer at the 729th Air Control Squadron, leading a large organization through career development, operations, and maintenance activities. Patrich implemented a leadership culture change that optimized daily operations and improved mishap trends.

Skendziel subsequently joined the Air Combat Command as the Chief of the Air Force Battle Management Weapons Systems Requirements Division. In this role, they led a team responsible for strategy and capability development for the USAF's Battle Management weapons systems portfolio.

Skendziel then transitioned to the role of Senior Research Associate at Georgia Tech Research Institute before being appointed as the Director of Business Development for USAF and SOCOM at iGov. Patrich continued their career in business development as the Director of Business Development at Wind Talker Innovations Inc. and currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at Crew Training International.

Patrich Skendziel completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the University of Minnesota, Duluth from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aviation Administration from Southeast Oklahoma State University, where they enrolled from 1999 to 2001. In 1998, Patrich Skendziel also attended the USAF Weapons School, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this period. In 2015, they obtained a Requirements Management certification from the Defense Acquisition University, focusing on Weapons System requirements/acquisition.
