Paul Donato

Paul Donato is an experienced recruitment leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at CRH since November 2020, where efforts focus on shaping impactful solutions across various industries. Previously, Paul held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruiter at Blackbaud from August 2013 to July 2020, collaborating with business leaders to secure top talent for a company dedicated to social good. Paul also served as Associate Director of Recruiting & Staffing at Merck & Co. Inc. from February 2008 to August 2013, managing a recruitment team across multiple divisions. Earlier in the career, Paul was the Operations Recruiting Manager at IBM Smarter Workforce, supporting client needs in clinical research services and other sectors. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
