Chris Breshears

Chris Breshears has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Chris is currently the Product Advocacy Director at Cribl, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this, Chris worked at Splunk for eight years, from 2014 to 2022, as the Director of the EDU Ecosystem Platform. Before Splunk, they were a Partner at phase one accelerator, where they helped start-ups develop strategies and execute plans to raise funding. Chris also has experience in creative marketing and community outreach, having served as the Creative Director of Marketing/Community Outreach at Jangl and as the Director of Music Network/Creative Director (video) at PodShow. Earlier in their career, they owned a production company called Produktion, where they produced commercials, sales videos, and award-winning documentaries. Chris began their career as a Promotions Manager at KIVI-TV.

Chris Breshears attended Caldwell High from 1987 to 1989. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Boise State University where they studied Criminal Justice/Police Science.
