Dave Barrowman has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Dave is currently the Vice President of Software Product Management at Cricut since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Management Consultant at The RealReal from November 2019 to April 2020.

Before that, Dave served as a Product Management Consultant at Nutrien Ag Solutions from October 2018 to October 2019, where they supported the development of product managers and led the creation of a product roadmap for the company's agriculture business.

Dave also held the position of Vice President, Head of Innovation at Skava from May 2017 to October 2018, where they explored and implemented innovative technologies for digital commerce experiences.

Prior to that, Dave had an extensive career at Gap Inc. from 2004 to 2016, where they held various roles such as Senior Director of Product Management, Director of Product Management, and Senior Product Manager. During their time at Gap Inc., they focused on enhancing the company's mobile and personalization capabilities and led the launch of their global mobile commerce sites.

Dave Barrowman completed their education at Queen's University. From 1989 to 1993, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Computer Science and Economics. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Queen's University, which spanned from 1993 to 1995. Dave also acquired various certifications in subjects like mentorship, artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and internet technologies from institutions such as LinkedIn, deeplearning.ai, Stanford University, edX, Coursera, UC Irvine, and IBM, between 2018 and 2023.
