Charlotte Diaz

Charlotte Diaz is currently serving as the SVP of Strategy at Critical Mass, with a focus on creating better experiences for humans. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions at co:collective, R/GA, VIVALDI_, and Bridge Strategy Group, where Charlotte contributed to business and brand strategy development. Charlotte also gained experience in the consumer finance sector as an MBA intern at PepsiCo. Charlotte holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from McGill University. Recently, Charlotte completed an executive education program at Kellogg.
