Emily Templeton has worked in the Human Resources field for over 19 years. Emily began their career in 2002 as a Benefits Assistant for Ciber Global. In 2005, they became a Benefits Coordinator for Christie's. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Creative Coordinator, Executive Assistant to CCO, Sr. Human Resources Manager, Benefits, and Benefits Strategy & Compliance Manager at JWT. Emily then moved on to become a HR & Benefits Coordinator at Dolce & Gabbana in 2012. In 2013, they joined Droga5 as a Benefits Specialist. In 2017, they became a Human Resources Manager at The Assemblage. In 2019, they were a Human Resources Manager at OCP North America. In 2020, they were an Human Resources Director at OBERLAND and an Ecommerce Specialist - Humanitarian Experience at King Soopers/City Market. Most recently, in 2021, they became the VP of Human Resources at Critical Mention An Onclusive Company.

Emily Templeton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Design and Merchandising from Colorado State University and a Certificate in Health Coaching from Columbia University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in How to Manage A Remote Team from Coursera in May 2022.
