Jeanine Willis is the Director of Human Resources focused on hiring and engaging a highly skilled workforce ready to build geospatial solutions to meet our client’s business objectives. Jeanine brings to Critigen 10 years of experience working in technology companies and over 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience in national and international settings. She enjoys all aspects of her talent strategy and management role including the development of key employment programs and organizational development initiatives. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues across the organization to build an organization that we are all proud of.

Jeanine holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Communications from the University of Washington and a Master of Sciences Degree in Management from Antioch University.
