Drew Seman has extensive work experience in growth strategy, fundraising, and digital communications. Drew is currently working at Cro Metrics as the Executive Vice President of Growth Strategy, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Growth Strategy at Cro Metrics from February 2021 to July 2022. From August 2019 to February 2021, Drew served as the Director of Growth Product Management at Cro Metrics.
Before joining Cro Metrics, Drew worked at Sierra Club as the Senior Director of Digital Fundraising from June 2018 to July 2019. Drew also held the position of Director of Online Fundraising at Sierra Club from July 2015 to June 2018.
In addition to their experience at Sierra Club, Drew worked as the Senior Manager of Fundraising and Outreach at Ocean Conservancy from January 2014 to July 2015. Prior to that, they were a Senior Digital Strategist at Anne Lewis Strategies, LLC from October 2011 to January 2014.
Drew started their career at Beaconfire Consulting as an Interactive Marketing Consultant from December 2010 to October 2011. Drew also gained experience in grassroots fundraising as the Director of Grassroots Fundraising for the Alex Sink for Governor Campaign from May 2010 to November 2010.
Furthermore, Drew worked in online communications at the Center for American Progress as an Online Communications Associate from February 2009 to May 2010. Drew began their career as an Assistant Media Buyer at Mundy Katowitz Media from April 2008 to February 2009. Before that, they served as the Executive Director of Immigrants' List from February 2007 to April 2008.
Drew Seman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago. They also pursued a Master's degree in Political Management from The George Washington University. In addition to their formal education, Drew obtained the Google Ads Search Certification in October 2022.
