Manoj Taneja has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Manoj has worked at Crocs India since 2018, initially as an Ecommerce Manager, then progressing to the position of Sr. Manager & Head Of Digital Commerce, and currently holds the role of Director & Head of Digital Commerce. Prior to Crocs India, they worked at Royal Enfield as Manager - Retail & E-commerce from 2014 to 2018. At Royal Enfield, their responsibilities included driving business profitability through various sales channels. Before that, Manoj served as an Area Sales Manager at adidas group from 2013 to 2014, overseeing end-to-end store operations and business development in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Manoj has also worked as a Business Development Manager at Franchise India Holdings Limited, where they were responsible for Pan India business development of partner brands through franchising. Additionally, Manoj ventured into entrepreneurship by starting their own Tiffin Service business called "Food Times" in 2011. Manoj gained prior sales experience as an Area Sales Executive at Adidas India Marketing Pvt. Ltd and as a Corporate Account Manager at Hutch.
Manoj Taneja completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at National College from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business and Marketing at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from 2007 to 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Manoj Taneja has obtained various certifications.
