Alexandra Pauly has a strong background in supply chain management and customer service. Alexandra has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their tenure at Coty as an Export & Logistics Coordinator from 1995 to 1997. Alexandra then joined Bristol Myers Squibb, where they served as a Customer Service Manager, Project Leader, Supply Chain Shared Services Manager, and EMEA Market Planning Manager from 1997 to 2008, managing a team of 10 people and overseeing the implementation of SAP. Since 2008, Alexandra has been working at Croda, initially as a Supply Chain Manager, managing a team and serving as a member of the Executive Committee. Alexandra then took on a role as the Global Supply Chain Project Lead, preparing for the separation and divestment of Customer Service and Logistic activities. Currently, they are the Global Customer Care Excellence Project Design Lead at Croda, leading a transformation program to improve the customer experience and elevate the role of Customer Service within the company.

Alexandra Pauly graduated from EDHEC Business School in 1994, where they earned a BBA in International Trade & Management and a BA in Assumption University Bangkok. In 2006, they obtained an APICS certified CPIM from APICS Northern Colorado. Alexandra also holds a Diploma in Management from the University of Derby, which they obtained in 2015.
