Enrico Yushardi Hamdani

Enrico Yushardi Hamdani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. Since October 2015, Enrico has served as Plant Manager at Croda in Melbourne, overseeing the manufacturing site previously known as Incotec Australia. Prior to this role, Enrico held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Croda Indonesia, managing production departments for high-performance ingredients. Enrico's career began as a Process Engineer at BP Petrochemicals Indonesia, where responsibilities included providing technical assistance and analyzing equipment performance for operational improvements. Enrico also gained academic experience as a Laboratory Assistant at Diponegoro University. Enrico holds an MBA in Business Leadership from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Diponegoro University.
