Abbas M.

Abbas M. is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in project leadership and scientific research within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Project Leader in Development at CROMA-PHARMA since November 2020, Abbas previously held the role of Project Lead and Senior Scientist in vaccine development at BIRD-C GmbH from February 2013 to October 2020, as well as the Manager of the Microbiology Laboratory in Quality Control. Earlier positions include Scientist/Doctoral Fellow at Max F. Perutz Laboratories and University Assistant at CEMB. Abbas holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Microbiology and Genetics from the University of Vienna, a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Molecular Biology from the University of the Punjab, and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences.
