Alok Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and operations across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Service Partner Management at TATA Croma since January 2023, Alok oversees service delivery operations, focusing on KPIs such as closure turnaround times and SLA achievement. Previously, as the Service Partner Alliance Manager at Xiaomi India from September 2017 to December 2022, Alok led offline Value Added Service operations across the North and East regions. Alok has also held key roles at Jio, Sony, and Apple, where responsibilities included escalation management, operations oversight, and team leadership. Alok holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, along with early education from Kendriya Vidyalaya Faizabad.
