Satyajit Mohanty

Satyajit Mohanty has over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Satyajit has worked at companies such as Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Max Bupa, Nestlé S.A., Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, ITC Limited, and VIP Industries Limited. Their key achievements include leading global HR transformation projects, setting up HR processes and technology platforms, driving organization and cultural transformations, and implementing breakthrough initiatives in unexplored areas of HR.

Satyajit Mohanty completed their elementary and secondary education at Orissa Police High School between 1983 and 1988. Satyajit then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ravenshaw College from 1990 to 1993. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur from 1995 to 1997.
