Adarsh Pete

Adarsh Pete has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Adarsh currently holds the position of Director of Marketing (Worldwide) at CropIn Technology since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IBM from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles including ABM Field Marketing Lead and India, South Asia Lead for Brand, Social, and Corporate Advertising. Adarsh has also worked at Adobe as the India Marketing Manager for Adobe Experience Cloud from 2012 to 2018, and as the Marketing Manager for Education and Channel from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Adarsh has experience working at Oracle India as a Principal Solution Specialist from 2010 to 2012, at SAP Labs India as a Principal Consultant from 2009 to 2010, as a Senior Consultant from 2008 to 2009, and as a Specialist from 2006 to 2008. Adarsh worked at Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager of Marketing for Karnataka & Kerala from 2004 to 2006, at Timesjobs.com as an Account Manager in 2004, and at STUDIO PRINTART as a Solution Executive from 2002 to 2004.

Adarsh Pete completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership (PGCSL) from XLRI - VIL Programs in 2022, focusing on strategic thinking, strategy implementation, and leading change. In 2002, Adarsh completed an MBA in Marketing from Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management. Prior to that, Adarsh obtained a BBM degree in Finance & Human Resources from Sri Bhuvanendra College, Karkala in 2000. Adarsh's education journey started with a Pre University degree from JSS, Dharwad in 1997, where the focus of study was Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Statistics. Alongside these formal programs, Adarsh also pursued various courses in crisis management, decision making, negotiation, and business plan development through Harvard Business Publishing Education between 2021 and 2022.
