John Lineberger

John Lineberger is currently employed as a Mixed Use Investment Associate at Crosland Southeast since July 2021. With experience from Carter as a Summer Investment and Development Associate and Berkeley Capital Advisors as an Analyst, John focused on analyzing and underwriting real estate opportunities. John holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communication from Wake Forest University.
