Stephanie Cadogan Zsittnik

Stephanie Cadogan Zsittnik has extensive experience in the insurance and human resources field. Stephanie started their career as an Administrative Assistant at WiredEmpire in 1999 and then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at HR Logic from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Client Services Coordinator at Lee Hecht Harrison, where they managed client relationships and coordinated employee reductions.

Following this, Stephanie worked as an Account Manager at Roblin Insurance from 2003 to 2006, where they maintained client relationships and assisted with benefit plan options. Stephanie then transitioned to USI Insurance Services as an Account Manager, managing multiple client relationships and negotiating annual renewals.

In 2007, Stephanie joined Hub International as a Client Relationship Manager, where they provided strategic planning, marketing, and service for employee benefit plans. Stephanie also informed clients of compliance guidelines and developed claims and utilization report illustrations.

From 2011 to 2014, Stephanie worked as a Senior Client Consultant at Borislow Insurance, and then joined Cross Insurance in 2014. At Cross Insurance, they initially worked as a Senior Account Executive and later became the Vice President of the Employee Benefits Group.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has consistently demonstrated their expertise in employee benefits, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
