Marcus M. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Marcus started as a Training Administrator at Sooner Chem in 2009, where they ensured compliance and metric adherence of trained employees. Marcus then moved on to become a Brand Manager at Sooner Chem-Dry, where they successfully coordinated and strategized company marketing efforts.

In 2016, Marcus became the Chief Strategist at One Moore Strategy, where they recovered over $20 million in recorded assets for small business owners and developed a global portfolio of strategic partners.

In 2018, they took on the role of VP of Business Development at MentorHope Publishing, where they redesigned policies and worked on transitioning the company from print to digital.

From 2018 to 2020, Marcus served as an Executive Operations Manager at Relife Academy, where they played a pivotal role in vendor and contractor relations, procurement, and product planning. Marcus also implemented a ticketing system for technical issues and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

In 2021, Marcus briefly worked as a Team Manager at NTT DATA Services.

Currently, Marcus is working as a Business Development Coordinator at Cross Company.

Marcus M. obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Marcus attended the university from 2009 to 2013.

In 2016, Marcus briefly attended UC Irvine, where they studied Principals of Management, although no degree was obtained during this period.

Additionally, Marcus holds certifications obtained after their formal education. Marcus obtained a certification as a ReLife Certified Administrator from ReLife Academy in October 2021. In July 2020, they obtained a certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Autism Partnership Foundation.
