Zoe Kennedy

Zoe Kennedy is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at CrossCountry Trains since March 2023. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Royal Mail, Global Senior HR Business Partner at Enstar Group, and Head of HR at npower, where Zoe partnered with C-suite executives to formulate and implement comprehensive people strategies.
