Dagan McLennan

Dagan McLennan, BSN RN, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2007, they started their career at Google as a Nurse III and Clinic Manager, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Product Lead and Assistant to the Founder at Healthiest You. They then moved on to Crossover Health, where they held multiple roles including Practice Manager, Director of Clinical Services, and Product Manager from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Stanford Health Care as a Corporate Healthcare Programs and Partnerships professional. Afterward, they returned to Crossover Health and took on positions such as Senior Product Manager, Director of Product, and Director of Enterprise Clinical Operations. Currently, Dagan holds the position of Senior Director of Clinical Operations Programs and Technology at Crossover Health since 2022.

Dagan McLennan, BSN RN, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Stanford University. In addition to their education, McLennan holds various certifications, including membership in the Alpha Alpha Lambda Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, obtained in 2021, and the Beta Nu Chapter of the same society, obtained in 2007. They are also a Registered Nurse, certified by the California Board of Registered Nursing in 2007.
