Jesse McCarty

Jesse McCarty is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR Operations at Crossover Health, McCarty previously held the position of Director of HR Technology at Boise Cascade Company, where the implementation of the first SaaS-based HRIS system significantly improved operational efficiency. McCarty's experience also includes roles at DaVita Kidney Care, where comprehensive HR leadership enhanced effectiveness across the West Coast, and Target, where transformative HR initiatives led to improved organizational culture and employee development.
