Laura Kreksina

Laura Kreksina has a long and varied work experience. Laura began their career in 2011 as a Receptionist at Elizabete Hotel, where they were responsible for check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations, handling guests' requests, and organizing the Housekeeping department. In 2012, they worked as a Waitress at Rosinter Restaurants Holding, where they were responsible for customer service and skill training for employees. In 2013, they worked as a Front Office Receptionist at Royal Square Hotel & Suits, where they were responsible for check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations, handling guests' requests, and organizing the Housekeeping department. Laura also worked as a Journalist - Trainee at Centre for Public Policy PROVIDUS. In 2015, they worked as a Receptionist at Mercure Hotels, where they were responsible for check-in and check-out procedures, making reservations, handling guests' requests, and working with the OPERA Management System. In 2016, they worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Pullman Hotels & Resorts, where they were responsible for supervising daily operations of the Front desk, taking Front Office manager's responsibilities in their absence, taking Duty manager's responsibilities in their absence, daily duties of Front Office receptionist, and skill training for employees. In 2017, they worked as a Receptionist at Sloane Square Hotel. Finally, in 2020, they are currently working as the Head of Administration at CROWDESTOR.

Laura Kreksina completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Latvijas Universitate between 2010 and 2013.
