Nina Wang

Nina Wang has a diverse and extensive work experience in tax and finance roles. Nina most recently held the position of VP of Tax at CrowdStrike starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Tax at NetApp, Inc. from June 2019 until October 2020. Nina also served as the Head of Tax at Cloudflare, Inc. from February 2018 to May 2019. Before transitioning to tech companies, Nina worked at LinkedIn as the Senior Director of Global Tax Accounting and US Income Tax Operations from January 2013 to January 2018. Nina also gained valuable experience at Yahoo! as the Senior Director of Tax from September 2010 to September 2012. Prior to their roles in the tech industry, Nina worked as a Tax Director at Deloitte Tax LLP from July 2008 to September 2010. Nina also held positions at Hewlett-Packard as the Director of US Income Tax from August 2006 to June 2008, at TIBCO Software as a Senior Tax Manager from October 2005 to August 2006, and at KPMG LLP as a Senior Tax Manager from May 2001 to September 2005. Nina started their career as a Controller at OnDemand from August 2000 to April 2001.

Nina Wang received their Master of Professional Accounting with a specialization in Taxation from The University of Texas at Austin in 1993. Additionally, they hold a Master's Degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree from the same university.
