Annette Schandl

Annette Schandl has extensive work experience in various senior roles in auditing and finance. Annette is currently the Senior Vice President at Kodiak Solutions, where they began in October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Crowe as the Senior Vice President, Audit starting in April 2009. At Crowe, they led a large team of internal auditors and conducted audits at over 90 hospital and healthcare facilities across the US. Annette's experience also includes working at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager in Advisory Services from October 2003 to March 2009. Before that, they were the Controller at Encynova International, a manufacturing start-up, from May 2001 to September 2003. Annette began their career at PwC as a Senior Auditor from August 1998 to April 2001, where they managed several audit teams and performed statutory audits for domestic and international clients.

Annette Schandl has an educational background that includes a Masters degree in International Business from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution from 1994 to 1998. Annette also holds a degree as a Physician Assistant in Orthopedic Trauma from Staatl. Berufsschule Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which they completed from 1981 to 1983. Annette also has an additional certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
