Kaia Antonsen Hoppe has had extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruiting. Kaia started their career at Sidley Austin LLP in 2003, where they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator for six years. Kaia then moved to The Novo Group, where they served as a Recruiting Coordinator for one year. In 2010, they joined Deloitte as an Office of Information Management and General Practice Recruiting Coordinator, a role they held for two years. Since 2012, Kaia has been working at Crowe, initially as an Experienced Recruiting professional and later as the Experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Lead.
