Tamkeen Baber

Tamkeen Baber has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2006, Baber worked as a Business Analyst at Ford Motor Company, where they were involved in process reengineering and business analysis for global ordering and logistics systems. They also led the efforts of integration and regression testing for multiple application releases. In 2009, Baber joined First Adavantage as a Project Manager and systems analyst, responsible for managing projects and analyzing systems. They then worked at ITT Technical Institute as an Instructor from 2009 to 2015. During this time, Baber taught various subjects related to their expertise. From 2013 to 2015, Baber worked at Availity as a Scrum Master and Project Manager. They were responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and managing projects. In 2015, Baber joined Quintiles as a Sr. Technical Project Manager/Agile Coach, where they acted as a servant leader for Oracle, MySQL, and Hadoop teams. They also ensured the proper implementation of Quintiles' PMO principles and helped teams adopt agile methodologies. From 2016 to 2017, Baber worked as an Agile Transformation Coach at Renaissance Electronic Services, LLC. They focused on helping the organization adopt Agile product development and continuous delivery. From 2017 to 2021, Baber worked at TEKsystems in two roles. First, as a Customer Success Leader and Program Manager, where they drove strategy and innovation for application delivery services with a focus on Agile Transformation. Then, as a Senior Technical Services Delivery Manager, responsible for managing diverse teams across global GEOs. In 2021, Baber joined Publicis Sapient as an Associate Director/Senior Manager, where they were responsible for global delivery and Agile PMO. Finally, in 2024, Baber joined Crowe as a Senior Project Lead (Assistant Director) in the TECH-EPMO department.

Tamkeen Baber holds a MBA degree from Lawrence Technological University, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. They also have a MS degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Detroit Mercy, earned from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, Tamkeen Baber has an MSc degree in Biological Sciences from Quaid-e-Azam University. In terms of certifications, they have obtained various qualifications including Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications, Google Cloud certifications, and Scaled Agile certifications.
