Gayatri Bhatt ACA, FCA has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Gayatri began their career at Royal Mail in 1999, where they participated in their Finance Graduate Programme. Gayatri then took on various roles within the company, including Costing & Reporting Analyst and Costing Design Analyst. In 2004, they joined Accenture as a Finance Specialist, where they worked on client financial management and later became the UK/I Client Portfolio Finance Specialist. Gayatri returned to Royal Mail in 2014 and held several positions, such as Business Partner Network Access & USO Channels, Head of Finance - Consumer & Network Access, and Senior Finance Business Partner - Processing, Collections & Engineering. Gayatri also assumed the role of Divisional Finance Director for Consumer & Network Access. Since 2023, Gayatri has been working as the Deputy Finance Director at Crown Agents.

Gayatri Bhatt ACA, FCA completed a Bachelor of Economic Science (BEconSc) in Economics & Econometrics at The University of Manchester from 1996 to 1999. Gayatri then went on to obtain an ACA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 2002. Following this, in 2013, they attained the FCA degree from the same institute. Additionally, from 2015 to 2016, they participated in the Royal Mail Management Acceleration Programme in Organizational Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
