Phetphoominh Chanthaboonheuang is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in construction and irrigation projects. As National Infrastructure Advisor for the Education for All Fast Track Initiative Catalytic Fund Program from March 2012 to October 2012, Phetphoominh developed a program to monitor and supervise school construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards. Prior experience includes serving as an Irrigation Engineer for the Houayhinbok and Kengkhonglouang Irrigation Construction Projects from September 2000 to September 2001. Phetphoominh holds an International Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Management from the National University of Laos and DAAD collaboration with the University of Siegen, Germany (2014-2018), and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the National University of Laos (2012-2014), along with a Diploma in Road & Bridge Engineering earned from the same institution (1995-1999).
