Anjulee Sharma

Anjulee Sharma is an experienced professional in workforce management, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Management at Crown Resorts since April 2024. Previously, Anjulee held the position of Global Strategic Workforce Manager at Commonwealth Bank from March 2020 to September 2023, leading a global team to enhance workforce processes and governance. Anjulee has also worked as a Strategic Workforce Manager in both the Chief Data & Analytics Office and Technology divisions at Commonwealth Bank, and previously held strategic roles at Westpac and SMS Management & Technology. Anjulee began the career as a Senior Deployment Consultant at Deloitte Australia and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays. Anjulee holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Health Science with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from the University of Sydney.
