Sita Højlund

Sita Højlund has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sita currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture Systems at Crown Resorts since November 2022. Prior to this, Sita worked at Workday as a Senior Engagement Manager from August 2019 to November 2022. Sita also took a career break during this period, serving as a Service Engagement Director/Senior Program Manager from March 2019 to July 2019. Before joining Workday, Sita worked at Oracle in multiple roles including Service Engagement Director, Senior Project Manager, Consulting Senior Project Manager, and Consulting Project Manager from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Infor as a Project Manager, Hands-On Systems as a Lead Consultant/Project Manager, and Datapro A/S as a Senior Consultant. Sita also worked at Berlingske Bladsalg og Service and Berlingske Service og Økonomi as a Controller and Project Member respectively. Sita started their career at Pernod Ricard as a Controller.

Sita Højlund obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from Copenhagen Business School from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Næstved Handelsskole from 1992 to 1995 and Rolloskolen from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning Program Management from LinkedIn in 2019.
