Monica Rollo

Monica Rollo has extensive experience in benefits management and administration. Monica currently holds the position of Director of Benefits at Crozer Health since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Health & Wellness Benefits and Associate Director of Health & Welfare Benefits at BAYADA Home Health Care from 2019 to 2023. Monica also served as the Benefits Manager at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) from 2010 to 2019, where they were responsible for managing and implementing benefit plans for a large number of employees. Before that, they worked as the US Benefits Manager, H&W at AstraZeneca and held a Team Leader role at EDS.

Monica Rollo attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
