Bailey-Grace Harrell

Bailey-Grace Harrell has had an extensive work experience. In 2016, they began working at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte as a Lead Lifeguard and Team Leader for the SAW Program. In 2018, they became an Operations and Logistics Intern at Alberty Additives, LLC, and also a Lifeguard Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. In 2019, they took on the role of Talent Management Specialist at Banana Republic Factory. In 2020, they became a Customer Support Specialist at CourtReserve. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired as an Event Operations Specialist at Crucial Learning.

Bailey-Grace Harrell's education history includes a B.A. in Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a B.S. in Psychology, a B.S.B.A. in International Business, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
