Erin Brown

Erin Brown has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Learning and Development fields since 2007. Erin began their career as an Automated Logistics Specialist, E-5 SGT in the Army National Guard in 2007. In 2015, they became a Manager at D4 Irish Pub & Cafe. In 2016, they were an Organizational Development Intern at Elmhurst College. In 2018, they worked as an HR Assistant at Tandem HR, a Development Lead and Corporate Recruiter at TwentyEighty, and an Associate Consultant at The Corporate Learning Institute. In 2019, they joined Crucial Learning as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist.

Erin Brown holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University Northwest. Erin also holds a Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer certification from VitalSmarts, which they obtained in April 2019.
