Jamie Nowacek has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2010, Jamie worked as the Anatomic Pathology Quality & Compliance Coordinator at Stanford Hospitals and Clinics, where they performed mock inspections for the laboratory and tracked follow up to corrective actions and citations. In 2012, Jamie held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Primary Children's Medical Center. At Thermo Fisher Scientific, Jamie nurtured global distributor and end user relationships to resolve complaints and end user corrective actions. At Primary Children's Medical Center, Jamie was a Project Consultant, facilitating hospital-level projects and creating, reviewing, and delivering milestones and reporting deadlines. In 2013, Jamie joined Ultradent Products, Inc. as a Validation Engineer and Project Coordinator. As Validation Engineer, Jamie defined and drove organization goals within regulated and quality objectives that surrounded device and equipment validations. As Project Coordinator, Jamie supported international medical device, FDA regulated device products (simple and sophisticated). From 2015 to 2019, Jamie worked at MC Research Labs and MasterControl as a Product Manager and Professional Services Implementation Manager, respectively. At MC Research Labs, Jamie lead strategic initiatives and built solutions to ensure risks and dependencies were prioritized. At MasterControl, Jamie implemented over 50+ projects for enterprise new and upgrade customers. In 2021, Jamie became the Marketing Manager, US Clinical Lab Services at bioMérieux, focused on market solutions for US Clinical/Diagnostic Laboratories. Finally, Jamie is currently a Technical Product Owner at Crucial Learning and a Sr. Program Manager, Product Development and Senior Project Manager, Product Development at Software.

Jamie Nowacek obtained a B.S. in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara between 1993 and 1995. In 2007, they completed a certificate in Project Management from UCSB Extension. In 2009, they obtained a PMP from PMI Worldwide. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ. Finally, in 2018, they obtained a Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance.
