Shikha Verma

Shikha Verma is an experienced compensation and total rewards professional, currently serving as the Senior Director of Compensation and Total Rewards at Cruise. Previously, Shikha held the position of Head of Compensation and People Analytics at Box, and served as the Director of Global Compensation at Rubrik, Inc. Alongside these roles, Shikha was the Global Compensation Leader and Head of Total Rewards for the APAC region at Intuit. Earlier in Shikha's career, significant experience was gained at GE Global Research as a Senior Manager in Compensation and Benefits, as well as in Human Resources Business Partnering. Shikha Verma holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and education from Bangalore University.
