Throughout their career, they have held various leadership positions, such as Regional Vice President at PMA Companies and Executive National Accounts Practice Leader at The Hartford. Dean has expertise in production underwriting, negotiations, broker relationships, and managing diverse books of business, demonstrating a strong track record of success in risk management and underwriting.
