Maggy Barnes

Maggy Barnes is an experienced finance professional and volunteer bereavement support worker, currently serving as Finance Manager and Management Accountant in the Not For Profit sector since April 2016. With a long-standing commitment to Cruse Bereavement Care since 2007, Maggy provides one-to-one support and co-facilitates support groups for bereaved clients. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Bone Cancer Research Trust from 2009 to March 2016, where Maggy established the accounting function and improved financial processes. Additionally, a significant tenure at ARAMARK UK Limited from 1981 to 2009 involved management accounting responsibilities, corporate banking functions, and cash flow forecasting.
