Jesse Fowler

Jesse Fowler is a CD, EIT with experience in software engineering, product development, teaching, quality system documentation control, and music teaching. Their most recent role is as a Software Engineer, EIT at Crux OCM since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Design Engineer Intern at 4iiii Innovations Inc. from 2019-2021, where their responsibilities included design, development, and deployment of cloud-based databases, full-stack design, development, and deployment of secure, custom Hawkiiii customer portals, design, development, and deployment of APIs for business applications, data analysis and visualization, and more. From 2017-2018, they were a Product Development Support at ACAMP, and a Teaching Assistant/Tutor at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary from 2018-2019. From 2013-2017, they were a Quality System Documentation Control, Product Development & Manufacturing Technician, and Administration at ACAMP. From 2011-2013, they were a Self Employed Music Teacher. From 2008-2011, they were a Franchisee/Manager at College Pro Painters, where they handled administrative and managerial tasks such as heights safety training, cold calling, telemarketing, customer satisfaction, warranty service calls, employee hiring, employee training, job estimating, and invoicing. Jesse was also an Infantry Reserve at the Canadian Armed Forces from 2006-2008.

Jesse Fowler, CD, EIT has a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary, which they obtained between 2016 and 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Diploma in Nanotechnology Systems from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) between 2011 and 2013. In addition, they hold certifications from BSI as an ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor (TPECS) obtained in 2014, from St. John Ambulance Canada | Ambulance Saint-Jean as Standard First Aid - Level C CPR and AED (2011 Protocol) obtained in 2019, and from Swagelok as a Swagelok Installation Certificate.
